A few things that help every appointment run smoothly and respectfully for all of Noreen's clients.
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed entirely, are charged 50% of the scheduled service. This policy exists to make room for other clients waiting for an appointment, not as a penalty.
Appointments are reserved just for you, and often another client follows right after. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened to protect the rest of the day's schedule, though you'll still be responsible for the full service price. If you're running behind, a quick call ahead helps me plan around it. Arrivals more than thirty minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Please self-screen for illness before your visit. If you are feeling unwell, I encourage you to reschedule — this protects both you and my other clients, and is always treated as a care-forward request, not a strict rule.
